What cookies are

When you first arrive on the site, we show you a cookie banner. You can:

- Reject non essential to allow only strictly necessary cookies.
- Manage preferences to choose category by category.
You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off because the site cannot function without them.
We honour the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal where your browser sends it.
Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work. They support sign in, session security, cookie consent, fraud prevention, load balancing, and remembering the items in your donation flow. These cookies do not require consent.
Preferences. Remember your language, theme (light or dark), and similar choices. Set only if you allow them.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site in aggregate so we can improve it. Set only if you allow them. We do not use analytics cookies to build advertising profiles.
Marketing. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Notice and ask for your consent before setting any.
Third parties
Some cookies are set by third party providers that support the site, for example our payment processor (Paystack) on the donation flow. Those providers process cookies under their own terms and privacy notices.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising.
Changes
We may update this Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
